One such example is that of a ragpicker from Bengaluru, who speaks near perfect and fluent English and claims to have been working in the government sector of the state in her younger years.

The lady, identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence, was spotted by an Instagrammer who chats her up briefly in the video to discover a few surprising details about her life including her companion for life. We wonder what her entire story is...
