Yahoo Finance New Gary Rhodes documentary will air unseen footage of his final programme
A new documentary on the late Gary Rhodes will feature unseen footage of the star in the programme he was filming at the time of his death.
The celebrity chef died of a subdural haematoma in Dubai last November at the age of 59.
The tribute programme, Gary Rhodes: The First Rockstar Chef, will look into his career, his distinctive spiky hairstyle and his personal life as well as feature reflections from other famous faces including Sir Alex Ferguson, Cheryl Baker, Ainsley Harriott and Gordon Ramsay.

In the documentary, set to air on ITV on Saturday, Ramsay says: “Behind all that facade, behind all that character was a real genius of a chef.”
“He opened the door for so many of us to prove that you can be talented in your restaurant and on TV and that’s the difference… he was the real deal," he adds.
Never-before-seen footage of the series on Middle Eastern cuisine Rhodes was working on before his passing will be shown as well as archive footage.
The show will also hear from Gary's sons Sam and George who discuss the origins of their father's passion for food.
Rhodes was with his wife Jennie on the evening of his passing and died with her by his side.
He had relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2001 and opened a steakhouse restaurant called Rhodes Twenty10 in a Dubai Marina resort.
Gary Rhodes: The First Rockstar Chef is set to air on Saturday 15 February at 11.40am on ITV.
