The Great British Bake Off is back, and with it all the innuendo, drama and creme patissiere that makes the show so much more than just cake. But, if you spend every year watching gateaus collapse and chocolate work melt and think 'I could have done that better', well, here's your chance, with the official Bake Off Box.

The series subscription box lets you bake along with the show, with the same recipes and ingredients the bakers in the tent are working with. Of course, we don't yet know what each of the bakes will be, so the recipe you're getting will be from one of the challenges set by Paul and Prue in the tent.

But before you panic, you don't have to whip up a show-stopping bake every week. The boxes are monthly, with one in October, November and then a Christmas bake in December. Plus, they're pretty cute gifts for the baker (or the trying-very-hard baker) in your life.

Each box includes a bespoke piece of Bake Off equipment, the surprise recipe, an illustrated recipe card, dry ingredients and collectable postcard (um cute), and can be ordered here until the 30th September.

It's important to note that there's no shame in awarding yourself star baker every single time. If anything, it's encouraged.
