Georgia Capital announces IPTs for USD 6-yr

JSC Georgia Capital (formerly JSC BGEO Investments), the Georgian Holding company representing the investment business of BGEO Group (Frankfurt: A1JRZ7 - news) (the “Group”), which will be demerged from the Group’s banking business in 2018, has mandated Citi and J.P. Morgan (Other OTC: MGHL - news) as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers and Renaissance Capital as a Joint Lead Manager, to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in London and the US commencing on February 22.
A Reg S/144A senior unsecured US$-denominated bond offering with a 5 year bullet maturity will follow, subject to market conditions. The offering is expected to be rated B+ by S&P and B2 by Moody's (in line with expected corporate credit rating of the issuer). FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.
