'Here to hear': Sushant's co-actor launched a mental health campaign

Concern, anxiety, fear, and stress have paved their way to people's' mind and body during the COVID-19 crisis. And it has become more critical than ever to keep a careful eye on your physical and mental health. Recently, actor Sanjana has worked to help the poor with a mental health campaign that is quite different from what she has done previously.

The program aims to assist listeners and advise them on the behaviour that follows. The strategy for helping listeners by helping them address issues is done via a presentation and giving out free behavioural therapy sessions. It acts as part of a 'Here to Hear' initiative.

'Here to hear' – The mental health campaign

The actress officially launched a mental health campaign, entitled 'Here to Hear', to seek greater public attention to issues relating to anxiety, depression, and stress.

Additionally, anyone who wishes to help her with the internet-based project's counselling services will have free access to experts in mental health and regular hearers affiliated with that.

What is it all about?

According to Sanjana, as she added in her Instagram account, unlike any other book-in-hand they've seen in the past, there has never been a single, distinct, defined method of how one can confront a disaster of this magnitude. We will be overwhelmed with all sort of issues like anxiety, despair, and panic attacks when rules are absent in the face of a situation filled with loss of human life and ambiguity.

Giving importance to the troubled times at present, she went on to say that she was nice to see people helping each other. She instead feels elated with joy and positivity in witnessing many of the concerned individuals supporting the project get underway in recent times. And also the amount of hard work and dedication one puts in to make the campaign – 'Here to Hear' a successful venture.

Formalities

As far as the counselling program goes, the starlet claims that the same is free of charge, for the moment. Anyone who needs some mental help can book slots can use the system. And no registration fee is required, along with any consultation fee. Everyone works tirelessly to offer thirty-minute audio and text counselling services to a therapist or Psychologist, and therapist wherever you want, no matter your location.

The program is open 24/7, thanks to the fact that any person concerned can sign up and get started in 30 minutes wherever they are. The candidate will be provided with a list of additional services and information.

These are convenient ones, as it discusses the nuances of the counselling or therapy sessions. And after enrolment, the individual can opt for therapy sessions via headphones and speech, all through their online portal.
