Yahoo Finance Holly Willoughby's new book Reflections is out today
Holly Willoughby has revealed she has been writing a book called Reflections which is out today (28 October) and is available to buy now.
Pre-orders have been available, including signed copies, for some months meaning many will now have their hands on the very own copy.
The presenter described the book as “thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty.” Holly explains that “we live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had there but true beauty comes from within.”
She says there needs to be alignment between the two which can be difficult to manage but that she is “finally at a point in [her] life where [she] can see a little more clearly” and wants to share her “truths in the hope that they’ll help you too.”
Holly explained she hoped the book would be able to “start conversations” from reclaiming sexuality to learning to be kinder to ourselves.
She revealed that signed copies are now available to pre-order at WH Smith, Waterstones and regular copies from Amazon, ahead of the official release date on 28 Ocotober.
Holly shared the news across social media with a picture of the book, although it notes that the final cover is still yet to be revealed.

She finished the post by saying, “I can’t wait to share it with you all and yet can’t help but feel nervous at the same time…I think the more important something is…the scarier it feels…deep breath…I hope you enjoy it too.”
