In a surprising new move, Kim has revealed that she's been lined up to host her very own episode of Saturday Night Live and, honestly, we can't wait to see it.
The Skims founder broke the news on Instagram, sharing a picture of SNL's iconic post-it note pinboard on her Stories. The post revealed that Kim is set to host the show on 9 October, so there's not long to wait at all.
Kim, of course, seemed suitably excited-slash-nervous about the new gig, writing on her Story, 'OMFG no turning back now!!!! LOL I'm hosting SNL!!!!!!'
Plus, on top of Kim hosting, SNL have announced that the KUWTK star will be joined by Halsey as the show's musical guest. Hands up who's excited to see these two on stage together?
Saturday Night Live episodes are each hosted by a celebrity guest, with presenters usually delivering the show's iconic opening monologue, as well as performing in comedy sketches along with the rest of the cast.
So, if that's anything to go by then we can expect Kim to offer some witty monologue lines up on stage, as well as brushing off her acting skills in sketches.
Announcing the hosting line-up for the new season, SNL revealed Kim will be joined by fellow presenters Owen Wilson, Rami Malek and Jason Sudeikis, who'll each host their own episode of the show.
Plus, alongside Halsey, musical guests include Kacey Musgraves, Young Thug and Brandi Carlile.
Regular SNL cast members have previously included Pete Davidson and Kenan Thompson. However, the final cast for season 47 is yet to be announced, so we'll have to wait to find out who Kim will be acting alongside.
We can't wait to see Kim's take on the job.
