Love Island winners Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti put on a loved-up display as they return to UK

Love Island winners Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they were pictured reurning to the UK following their triumph in Majorca.

The couple, both 27, were all-smiles as they posed with Jet2.com cabin crew following their flight from Palma to London Stansted on Wednesday.

Their loved-up display continued as they smooched for the cameras outside the airport in Essex where excited fans were waiting to catch a glimpse of the newly crowned reality TV champs.

Also on their flight were fellow islanders Gemma Owen, Luca Bish, Indiyah Polack, Dami Hope, Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page.

ITV also said Monday’s episode secured the highest ratings for a final since 201 - 3.4 million viewers watched the Love Island final across ITV2 and ITV Hub.

The figure was 100,000 more than last year’s final.

For fans now left with a Love Island-shaped hole in their lives, ITV have announced that there will be two series of the show coming in 2023 – a winter series in South Africa and a summer series in Mallorca.

There is also talk of spin-off series for middle-aged contestants in their 40s and 50s.
