MEDIA-Jersey-registered En+ considers moving registration base - Vedomosti

(Adds attribution in the last bullet point) En+ Group, which was put on U.S. Treasury Department sanctions list in April, is considering moving its registration from Jersey to Russia, Vedomosti business daily reported on Monday, citing sources.

* Registration in Russia is likely a condition that En+ should meet in order to get state support, Vedomosti cited a law firm as saying.

* En+ is most likely considering registering itself in one of Russia's own 'tax offshore' zones - Russky Island or in the Kaliningrad region, according to Oleg Vyugin, professor at the Higher School of Economics.

* The company could subsequently delist stock from the London Stock Exchange, the newspaper reports, citing a partner from law firm Tertychny Agabalyan
