Moscow Exchange to delist Yandex NV shares on July 10

MOSCOW, May 14 (Reuters) - Moscow Exchange will delist shares in technology company Yandex NV on July 10, Russia's largest bourse said on Tuesday.

Internet search engine operator Yandex struck a 475 billion rouble ($5.27 billion) deal in February to sell its Russian asset after months of negotiations.

Shares in the Russian business to be listed on the Moscow exchange after separation from its Dutch parent.

The exchange also announced that the start of trading in the shares is postponed until July 8 from a previously planned date of May 15. (Reporting by Gleb Stolyarov Editing by David Goodman)
