You Can Now Buy Massive Tubs Of Biscoff Spread, And When I Say Massive I Mean Absolutely Massive

Lotus Biscoff spread is absolutely 100% the nicest thing in the world, and I won’t be told otherwise.

With that in mind, I’ve always hoped and prayed that Lotus would come up with a bigger tub of that golden elixir (I can go through one of those tiny jars in a matter of minutes if I’m not careful). And praise be, they have!

We’ve discovered that you can buy MASSIVE buckets of Biscoff spread, and it’s wonderful news. Basically, they’re catering sized tubs of the stuff, and we need one for our kitchen at home.

Pure Gusto, a catering company that provides coffee and other bits and pieces for cafes and restaurants, is selling a 1.6kg tub of Biscoff spread, as well as an 8kg tub!

The website describes the bucket of spread as the “delectably tempting caramelised biscuit spread from Lotus Bakeries, but in a very large, 8kg catering format!

Lotus Biscoff Spread makes a delicious topping & filling for crepes, waffles, pancakes, cakes, puddings, ice cream, gelato, milkshakes & other desserts.”

It adds that it’s “ideal for very busy outlets or cafes.”

Or very greedy individuals that could get through a 8kg bucket of Biscoff spread worryingly quickly. My words, not Pure Gusto’s…

TWO ingredient mousse, TWO ways! Lotus Biscoff or Nutella? What’s your pick? Check out the recipe below (you can find a full detailed video in my IGTV or YouTube - link in bio) Nutella mousse 600ml thickened cream (heavy whipping cream) 5 tbsp Nutella (Optional) oreos and Ferrero rocher to decorate Method: - whip cream till soft peaks form - Place Nutella in a plate and microwave for a few seconds (about 30 sec) till it softens - Pour Nutella over cream and fold in together till there’s no more streaks - Optional: layer crushed oreos at bottom of cups, pipe Nutella mousse over it, top with more softened Nutella and decorate with a Ferrero rocher chocolate - Set in the fridge for at least two hours and enjoy!
