Oracle's Latest Offerings to Enable CSPs Expand Business

Oracle Corporation ORCL recently expanded Oracle Digital Experience for Communications suite of solutions with the latest “Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications.”

The solution loaded with robust capabilities is aimed at enabling communications service providers (CSPs) to enhance portfolio with improved customer engagement.

Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications is pre-integrated with robust commerce, fulfillment, billing and sales capabilities, and Oracle Siebel CRM. The integration provides CSPs the ability to import catalog information in a streamlined manner.

Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications is scheduled for general availability in fiscal 2020. Notably, the offering is already gaining popularity, which is a positive. Further, accelerated deployment of 5G bodes well in this regard.

Telecom players which include, Asia-based Circles.Life and Austria-based ORS Group recently opted for various solutions of Oracle’s Digital Experience for Communications suite.

We expect the adoption of Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications solution to generate incremental revenues for the company, going ahead. Further, ongoing cloud-based momentum bode well for the company’s top line.

Moreover, synergies from acquisitions of DataFox, Moat, Crosswise, AddThis, BlueKai, Datalogix, and Grapeshot have fortified Oracle’s software platforms with robust ML, AI and analytics tools.

Per Gartner as revealed by Oracle, the use of advanced personalization engines (utilized to be familiar with evolving customer tastes) is anticipated to drive profit levels of digital businesses by up to 15% by 2020.

Moreover, per a report by MarketsAndMarkets, edge AI software market is expected to hit $1.152 billion by 2023 at a CAGR of 26.5% from $356 million in 2018. Oracle seems to be leaving no stone unturned with robust intelligent software platforms leveraging AI, to benefit from the huge growth prospects.
