- The European Union on Monday fined Apple 1.84 billion euros ($2.00 billion) for thwarting competition from music streaming rivals via restrictions on its App Store, the iPhone maker's first ever penalty for breaching EU rules.

- JetBlue Airways and Spirit Airlines scrapped their $3.8-billion merger agreement on Monday, with the low-cost carriers saying there was no path forward after a U.S. judge blocked the deal in January on anti-competition concerns.

- Four former top Twitter executives, including former CEO Parag Agrawal, have sued Elon Musk for over $128 million in combined unpaid severance, according to a lawsuit filed on Monday.
