Features such as vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and large windows make converted barns very desirable — and that’s not all they have to offer.

"More often than not they have decent-sized gardens, lovely views and plenty of parking — something that buyers increasingly want so that they can charge their electric cars easily," says Daniel Nash, owner of estate agency Nash Partnership.

"Barn conversions tend to go pretty quickly and for good money."

So if you’re in search of bucolic bliss, take a look at these properties which are currently on the market.
