Raspberry Pi says considering London listing

LONDON (Reuters) - Computing firm Raspberry Pi said on Wednesday it was considering an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange, as it plans the next phase of its development.

The offer would consist of new shares as well as the sale of shares from existing shareholders, including current majority shareholder Raspberry Pi Foundation, Raspberry Pi said in a statement.

Raspberry Pi is a designer and developer of high-performance, low-cost computers for markets worldwide.

Jefferies and Peel Hunt are joint global co-ordinators, joint sponsors and joint bookrunners for the offering.
