Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 155,446 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 05-06-2017 until 09-06-2017.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 5,838,542 shares for a total amount of EUR 207,274,972. This corresponds to 2.79% of the total shares outstanding.
