NEW YORK (AP) _ RTW Retailwinds (RTW) on Thursday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $3.6 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The New York-based company said it had a loss of 6 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The women's fashion and accessories retailer posted revenue of $247.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $4.2 million, or 6 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $893.2 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $2.51. A year ago, they were trading at $2.78.
