The Calgary Social Media Breakfast (SMBYYC) is pleased to announce the February 2014 Topic:

Creating Creative Content: Let's Make a Video!

As an actor, improviser and in his role as the Director of Special Projects at Youth Central, Andrew Phung has had the privilege of working with organizations and businesses on developing video content for online use. With each project he gained valuable experience learning what to do, and what not to do. This presentation will look at some of the videos and highlight how each was developed and ways of incorporating key messages.
Post discussion, Andrew will answer audience questions in an interactive Q&A.

About the Event

When: Friday, February 28, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. *presentation will begin at 9:05 am

Where: WURST Restaurant & Beerhall 2437 4 St SW, Calgary

Registration: To register - SMBYYC49

Cost: There is no fee to attend a Social Media Breakfast.

Parking: Street parking is free until 9am. To give you the opportunity to pay for parking, presentation will begin at 9:05 am. It is recommended that you do NOT park in the Safeway lot as they do monitor the parking lot.

Speaker

"You learn by failing" was the philosophy taught to Andrew Phung at a young age. Born and raised in Calgary, Andrew is a unique character with a tank full of energy. He is currently a senior performer and instructor at the Loose Moose Theatre Company and likes to inject humor in all aspects of life!

Andrew is currently the Director of Special Projects at Youth Central. He works with organizations and municipalities on how they can better engage and work with young people. Andrew is alumni of Avenue's "Top 40 under 40" list and was named "Best Local Actor" in the 2013 FFWD Best-Of Readers Poll.
