Reference is made to the decision for compulsory acquisition announced on 23 January 2018. An extraordinary general meeting in Solvang ASA ("Solvang") has been held today where it was resolved to apply for a delisting from Oslo Stock Exchange. The decision was unanimous. Please see attached minutes from the extraordinary general meeting. The Company has accordingly today submitted an application for delisting from the Oslo Stock Exchange.
