Star kids of these popular actors have shied away from showbiz

Most star kids end up getting in Bollywood movies and we have plenty of examples to prove that. A lot of them have soared high, while many others have dealt with failure in the careers. But there are a select few star kids who have managed to stay away from the limelight. Here are some of them.

Natasha and Tanya Madhwani: Daughters of Mumtaz

Mumtaz is a popular Bollywood actress from the golden age of Bollywood filmdom. She made her acting debut as a child artist in Soni Ki Chidiya (1958) and later became a phenomenal star actress after the popularity of Raj Kapoor's Do Raaste (1969). While still living high on cloud nine, Mumtaz married a Ugandan businessman and had two lovely children, Tanya and Natasha.

At present, Tanya stays in London, while Natasha is happily married to actor Fardeen Khan.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahani: Daughter of Neetu and Rishi Kapoor

The lover-boy, Ranbir Kapoor's elder sister, has stoically decided to never step into the world of showbiz. Though hailing from the famous Kapoor Khandaan, Riddhima is happily married to an entrepreneur in Delhi and a well-established fashion and jewellery designer.

Priya Dutt: Daughter of Sunil Dutt and Nargis

Unlike her brother Sanjay Dutt, Priya chose to join politics and serve the people than entertain them. An ex-member of the Indian parliament, she is also a social worker and Chairperson and trustee of the Nargis Dutt Foundation.

Shweta Nanda: Daughter of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan

It is not that all the Bachchan kinfolks are into the Bollywood showbiz! Sweta Nanda has chosen to remain out of the limelight and the acting platform. Though she did host a talk-show in NextGen and modelled for Loreal, she is now a happily married wife and a full-time mother.

Krishna Shroff: Daughter of Jackie Shroff

Tiger Shroff is known for his athleticism, but his girlfriend, who owns a Mumbai-based MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Matrix academy, is an action hero in her own right. The brand has expanded to include hubs throughout India since its launch in 2018. Unlike Tiger, Krishna is uninterested in acting in movies.

Vedaant Madhavan: Son of R. Madhavan

While most star kids like to follow the footsteps of their parents, R. Madhavan's son chose to follow his dream of becoming a pro-swimmer. The actor's son won a silver for India at the Asian Age Group Swimming Championship.

Saba Pataudi: Daughter of Sharmila Tagore and Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi

Despite being born in a star-studded family, the sibling of Soha and Saif Ali Khan chose to steer clear of Bollywood and became a jewellery designer. She is also a tarot card reader and a spiritual healer.

Trishala Dutt: Daughter of Sanjay Dutt

It is widely known that Sanjay Dutt did not want her daughter to work in Bollywood and Trishala had stayed away from limelight. The two have had a rocky relationship in the past. Trishala works as a psychotherapist living in New York and has no intentions of joining the Bollywood brigade anytime in the future.
