SHAREHOLDERS RAISE SERIOUS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CONCERNS AND DEMAND IMMEDIATE BOARD CHANGES AT NANOCO GROUP PLC

LONDON, UK / ACCESSWIRE / March 27, 2023 / A group of shareholders ("Shareholder Group") in Nanoco Group Plc ("Nanoco"), led by Tariq Hamoodi, who holds an interest of over 4.23% of the outstanding share capital in Nanoco, are today making public a letter that was sent to the Board of Nanoco on 10 March 2023 outlining the Shareholder Group's deep concerns about certain actions and activities by, within or involving Nanoco, together with its minority shareholders Richard Griffiths (investing related investment vehicles) and Lombard Odier. The Shareholder Group has not received an adequate response to this letter, and is therefore taking this step in order to seek to drive positive change at Nanoco.
