SUGAR LAND, Texas (AP) _ Team Inc. (TISI) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $8.4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Sugar Land, Texas-based company said it had net income of 27 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 54 cents per share.

The industrial services provider posted revenue of $309.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $64.8 million, or $2.16 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.25 billion.

Team shares have risen 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $16.99, a fall of slightly more than 9 percent in the last 12 months.
