Tokyo stocks close flat amid US-N.Korea row
Tokyo stocks closed flat on Tuesday, following a rise in the safe-haven yen as tensions flared up between the United States and North Korea.
The bellwether Nikkei 225 index slipped 0.33 percent, or 67.39 points, to close at 20,330.19, while the broader Topix index ended the session flat -- or down just 0.08 points -- at 1,672.74.
