TREASURIES-Treasury yields steady ahead of FOMC announcement
U.S. Treasury yields dipped on Wednesday, after a report showing the labor market remained tight last month, hours before a Federal Reserve decision on whether the economy is too strong, and inflation too sticky, to pivot to an easier rate policy soon. According to the ADP Employment report, private payrolls increased by 192,000 after rising by an upwardly revised 208,000 in March. But rates were overall hardly moving, nosing off again after the U.S. Treasury Department announced a total refunding of $125 billion for the May to July quarter that would raise new cash of $17.2 billion.

US STOCKS-Wall St edges up as Tesla and Apple gain; Fed decision awaited
Wall Street's main indexes crept higher in volatile trading on Monday as shares of Tesla and Apple advanced, while investors exercised caution ahead of the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision later in the week. Tesla shares shot up nearly 14.5%, driving a 1.6% rise in the consumer discretionary sector, after the electric vehicle maker cleared some key regulatory hurdles that had long hindered the roll-out of its self-driving software in China, its second-largest market.
