HOUSTON (Reuters) - Total SA (TOTF.PA) has cut production to 53 percent of capacity at its 225,500-barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, Gulf Coast market sources said on Tuesday.
The refinery is reducing output as Tropical Storm Harvey is headed to another landfall within miles (km) of the refinery, the sources said.
