Roman Kemp is the latest celebrity to cover a topic close to their heart for documentary Our Silent Emergency

Following the death of his close friend last year, Kemp explores why so many young men across the UK are struggling with their mental health for the BBC programme. 

Over on Channel 4, the civilian The Circle is back with a third series hosted by Emma Willis.

The Capital Radio DJ fronts a documentary on men's mental health following the tragic death of his friend Joe Lyons last year.

The son of Shirlie Holliman and Martin Kemp talks about his own struggles with mental health and long-term battle with depression while also hearing from others. 

Roman investigates why there are high rates of young men taking their own lives in the UK as he travels across the country speaking to experts, those who have attempted to take their own lives, and people who have lost loved ones to suicide. 

2020: The Story of Us - 9pm - ITV

A new feature length documentary from director Kevin Macdonald dives into an extraordinary year in Britain through the experiences of people most impacted by the coronavirus. 

Hospital staff are heard from while the trials of COVID patients are also explored to create a vivid picture of life in ICU.

There are adopted triplets in search of the country their biological father came from in tonight's DNA Family Secrets.

The Celebrity Circle concluded last night with Lady Leshurr named the winner after pretending to be Big Narstie for the week, but now it's the Average Joes' turn from tonight in the third series of the social media based show. 

Viewers will be introduced to nine new contestants tonight, either playing as themselves or under the guide of someone else. Either way, they must maintain their popularity to avoid being blocked by their fellow competitors. 

Although it is technically a civilian series in a bizarre turn of events Hunter from Gladiator is one of the contestants - playing a nurse called Gemma.
