TikTok user Amanda Farina (@cheeselover405) posted a video on the platform in which she gives users a PowerPoint presentation listing the ways her ex-boyfriend mistreated her.

“S***** things my ex-boyfriend did that I thought was normal at the time PART TWO,” she says.

Amanda starts off the presentation by saying that her ex “got girls phone numbers constantly ‘as a joke.'”

As the video continues, Amanda lists additional examples, like how she wasn’t allowed to wear baggy pants in front of him or that he’d go to bed angry if she didn’t disclose her weight. He also did not let her listen to rap music because “it was ‘too masculine.'”

In what she calls “an honorable mention,” Amanda then reveals that her ex made her give back the shoes on her feet during their breakup.

“When we broke up, he took the shoes he bought me off of my feet, and I had to walk back home in nothing but socks in the middle of winter in the snow,” she says.

“It’s always wild to hear how controlling people can be. Not to mention the gaslighting you into thinking it’s the norm.”

Amanda’s video, which has nearly 12 million views, has garnered immense shock from TikTok users. While some have found the sound effects humorous, others are concerned about her overall well-being.

“I really just want to hug you and tell you everything’s okay now,” one user replied.

“It’s always wild to hear how controlling people can be,” someone said. “Not to mention the gaslighting you into thinking it’s the norm.”

In response to one commenter asking if she’s OK, Amanda ascertains that she is. “yes i promise. it’s okay to laugh,” she says.
