The company was formerly known as Lo's Enviro-Pro Holdings Limited and changed its name to Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited in May 2011. Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
