Description

China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, provides various financial asset management services in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau. It operates through three segments: Distressed Asset Management, Financial Services, and Asset Management and Investment. The company manages, invests in, and disposes debt-to-equity swap assets. It also provides bankruptcy management, investment, securities dealing; assets and project evaluation, financial leasing, securities and futures, fund and asset management, trust, clearing and settlement, real estate and industrial investment, and other services; financial bonds issuance, inter-bank borrowing and lending, and commercial financing services for other financial institutions; and investment, and legal and risk management services, as well as consulting and advisory business services on finance. In addition, the company also involved in asset securitization, financial institutions custody, and closing and liquidation of businesses. The company was formerly known as China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. in January 2024. China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
