How does a company claim they are buying shares back yet share count is increasing. Stock options keep increasing. Buy back ending. What waste of money buying them shares back for a few quarters go prop up stock price.

Reading this forum I see all the doom and gloom comments....
I have 0 stock in this company. But I'll have you know, that I'm a Fidelity client, and I've been researching random fintech stocks for the past hour with their tools. Fidelity analysts have $BOX as HIGHLY undervalued with VERY HIGH growth! Other factors were Higher earnings (compared to competitors), with medium financial health (Debt/interest obligations compared to its peers) So keep your heads up. Bright future I would think!

Box Inc. (BOX) is a serious candidate for acquisition. While many have said Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL, GOOG) is the likely buyer, I have heard a rumor that Oracle Corp. (ORCL) has recently been considering BOX as a target; that pairing makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

Reading the Earnings transcript, it seems to me that BOX is in a transition phase. What got us here, is not the same thing that will grow this company significantly in the future. They are moving beyond the functionality provided by competitors including MS Drive and SharePoint, by focusing on new solution suites that include security, governance and other new modules. High growth is expected to return in the second half of the year. Based on this analysis, I believe this is a good place to add incrementally to my holdings.

This stock frustrates me. If I remember amazon is using their services along with so many other large companies. Why it doesn’t get bought out is a mystery. Plus it’s been sitting around this price point for a long time! Any thoughts? Thank you.

Can someone explain to me why SNOW is worth 30+ times more than BOX? BOX has twice the revenue and yet so much more undervalued. Either SNOW is extremely overvalued or BOX is extremely undervalued.

Held BOX for 2+ years - it can be very frustrating. However, they are in a great space and with Covid-19 more people will be working from home, not just for short term. That is going to happen. I will continue to buy on any dips and be a long time holder

Well, I had put together a pretty concise comment after the earnings report, but I guess Yahoo decided it wasn't getting posted? I purchased at the all time high. I have been very direct and honest about it. I've been holding on in an attempt to recoup loses. But reading some statements on her are near delusional. Listen, they missed earnings. Period. Try to spin it anyway you chose. Its your money and your business. But let's be honest and clear here...this has been every quarter. So I'm still hoping to recoup "some" loses, but to suggest that we're in short order to test new highs...is...unrealistic. Frankly, there's better options out there. To date, this has been my absolute worst stock investment. I'll hold on for a bit longer and if I lose more, it's on me. Goodluck to all, but a miss is a miss.
