    the conference call was just fine, the divvy is not changed and they keep 1.4 bill behind for investments in less turmoiled environment, considering the fed hikes. They are a bit defensive atm which gives an hit to its quarterly revenues. Long term still strong.

    Bought back over 2% of the common during the quarter. Excellent use of cash when the dividend yield is over 13%.

    The yield is over 13%. Why are some of you talking about raising the dividend? Worst advice ever. They should buy back common and preferred shares

    I’ve held this for so many years and I don’t recall a worse report. The buyback was great but why aren’t they buying more right now?! They have underperformed their peers for months now. A turnaround but for the worse.
    I believe there may be some people pushing it down though, also

    Just days away from collecting our rent checks..
    Btw I sold some of our rental properties and invested in CIM. I am collecting more rent with less headaches of actually owning those properties. What the %#$& was I thinking. This is a well oiled machine (for now) and I just sit back and collect the rents every 3 months.

    I suspect we might get resistance at the $10 mark. Interest rates are raised again today. If you’re in debt with credit cards get them paid off ASAP. After they are paid off CUT them up and stay out of credit card debt. Credit cards are a suckers game unless you have the discipline to pay the balance off each month and avoid those juice loans interest rates. The extra benefits credit cards offer only have value if you are not paying interest on those cards.
