Derek J. Pawlak is a Portfolio Manager at Geneva Capital Management and co-manages the Geneva All Cap Growth strategy. As a member of the Investment Strategy Group, he conducts high-quality, fundamental research and supports the Geneva growth equity strategies. In 2007, Derek joined Geneva, which was acquired by Henderson in 2014. Prior to Geneva, he worked for Ziegler Capital Management, LLC. Derek earned a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a bachelor of science degree from Carroll College, and an MBA from Marquette University.
