The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit overturned a previous decision favoring GM, marking a huge shift in design-patent law with a rare full-court decision. Inflation to stay sticky unless employment improves: Strategist
The Producer Price Index (PPI) reading came in hotter than expected for the month of April, signaling that inflation remains stubborn.
