The Company conducts its business primarily through Pacific Oak SOR (BVI) Holdings, Ltd. (Pacific Oak SOR BVI), a private company limited by shares according to the British Virgin Islands Business Companies Act, 2004, which was incorporated on December 18, 2015 and is authorized to issue a maximum of 50,000 common shares with no par value.
