I guess we’ll see in about a year ? They HOPE to be EBITDA profitable in about a year from now, as said in the last ER. I’ve heard that a thousand times before in the market, so we’re gonna have to see in a few more Qtr’s if they’re at least making some progress towards not burning through cash continually…. They haven’t shown it yet, but we’ll see in a few Qtr’s how and if it’s progressing, but like I said, I’ve heard it a thousand times before from companies losing money…

Just so everyone understands, this isnt just a company with a sports betting app and nothing more. RSI is mostly owned by Rush Street Gaming and Midwest Gaming which have 10 or more physical casinos, and other properties. The gambling world doesnt just revolve around Vegas. RSG and MidWest are huge in other states like Illinois. Their backing is why I feel the future is so bright for RSI because RSI's online gambling business compliments their brick and mortar casinos very well and allows them to self market RSI using their own properties just like MGM does.

Don't worry about costs as they spent $$ establishing into Canada and Mexico and new states like NY this year already. No Debt and cash on hand. Back up the truck and this is an easy $40 within a couple yrs.

Can't believe the sp is still under $5. Tonight's West Virginia-Pitt game was off the hook and the Penn State -Purdue game came down to the final minute in the 4th....not counting all the other sports played today. College Football literally all weekend.

Think of a business grossing $1 million/year, with 30% margins. Overhead $250,000/year...so you net $50K. After several years, you gross $1.3 million, same margins....but Overhead stays the same (you reduced your huge marketing costs). Gross Profit $390K, overhead $250K, so your net goes from $50K to almost $150K.

Just to note that the new deal with Spain's La Liga is for 3 more years and it expands to all countries in Latin America. The added exposure will probably lead to operating in more Latin countries.
Like someone else said, the turtle won the race...

Nice article today and I noticed a heavy short on this. Low share count no debt and expanding. I'll hang on to my share for a while.

Current MAU's are up 35%, and Revenue/MAU is up 23%, so:
    99,000 x $265 = 26,225,000
    133,000 x $325 = 43,225,000
    Net Gain: 17,000,000
One day, when Marketing costs finally drop, if revenues still rise, they should be profitable.

They don’t have a great enough market share and that’s the cold hard facts. Less than 10% and they probably will not survive. Best case scenario if somebody buys them
