Kimmeridge, an alternative asset manager focused on the energy sector and the largest shareholder of SilverBow Resources (NYSE: SBOW) ("SilverBow" or the "Company"), today announced the withdrawal of its independent nominees to SilverBow's Board of Directors (the "Board") in light of the Company's pending sale to Crescent Energy.
Crescent Energy (CRGY) shareholders will own about 69-79% of the combined company, while SilverBow (SBOW) shareholders will own around 21-31% post completion of the deal.
