("Spectrum Brands" or the "Company") has priced its private offering of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.375% exchangeable senior notes due 2029 (the "Exchangeable Notes") in a private placement (the "Offering") to eligible purchasers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
