Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced the pricing of its previously announced senior notes offering. The Company priced $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2032 at par (the "Notes"). The Notes offering is expected to close on May 8, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
