So l read today that Neil Klompas is now the new president of the company and Ken step out of that role but remains the CEO. In my opinion no change unless Neil is allowed to make decisions on his own without influence from Ken . Probably the reason for the little pop today.

it jumps up and down since the All Blue offer - would not expect double digit share price before pivotal results readout or partnership announcement

I made a mistake reporting Zymeworks ownership numbers. As per yahoo finance, institutions own 99.51% of the share float, leaving only 208 642 shares to retail shareholders.
    Talk about irrelevance…

Until Galbraith tells his shareholders how much a move to become a Delaware corporation will save the company, I believe shareholders should vote NO to the move. Im not convinced that it is something that will benefit the shareholders and the company. Once again, I think it will only benefit him and the Board, like everything else he does…

ALL Blue does not have the money to come up with a new bid. They are history and will remain as a 6.9% Stockholder.

according to Fintel the stake from All Blue is the same...let's see if they have another strategy or if it was all just a bluff

"BDC Capital’s Healthcare Venture Fund led a US$61.5 million round of mezzanine financing to support Zymeworks in 2016. BDC’s healthcare investment team has since formed a new healthcare venture fund with a focus on precision medicine, called Amplitude, where they continue to build and grow globally competitive companies like Zymeworks."

The next earnings call is Aug 04 2022. I guess we'll see what the stock does shortly before and after then.
Is the company still coasting on the Canadian federal government's venture investment (via BDC)? Even though they have new management and appear to have laid off many of their R&D people, it seems like the managing venture capital still has the ZYME founder on its board. Is the Delaware move just to make it easier to try to sell the company (whole or part out the IP)?

instead of announcing inducement grants so the new hirers can pad their pockets. Ken and the BOD show some confidence in the company and buy shares on the open market . It could be a real moral booster for the shareholders that support you .

18.42% of Zymeworks’ shares are shorted. This is a HUGE problem that’s been on the rise since Galbraith was brought in as CEO. The increased number stems directly from a lack of trust in its management team, specifically in the big boss. Just look at the graph since KG showed up, it paints a pretty grim picture for Zymeworks…

l bet we are all waiting on the edge of our seats for Ken to open his mouth and tell us why he chose not to talk to All Blue . I thought as a shareholder you could have some import . l would of thought some of these large institutions would have step up and put some kind of pressure on the BOD . Since Ken has no skin in the game ,what a disgrace.
