'I Believe That We Will Win': Faculty, Students Protest Pennsylvania Wage Contract

The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) announced a state-wide strike on October 19 as a result of failed wage contract negotiations with Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education.
