How Did Undecided Voters View the Presidential Debate?

Sep.29 -- Frank Luntz, founder of Luntz Global, talks about the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden. Trump and Biden hurled insults and repeatedly interrupted each other in the debate, sparring over topics ranging from health care to the economy and their families as moderator Chris Wallace tried mostly in vain to control the conversation. Luntz speaks with David Westin, Bloomberg contributors Jeanne Zaino and Rick Davis on a special edition of "Balance of Power."
