Donkey Found Wandering on Highway in Chicago

A donkey was found wandering on the I-90 in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights on April 17.

The donkey, named Dusty, was found by a Cook County sheriff’s deputy near Arlington Heights Road just after noon after it had escaped from a trailer, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office told ABC7.

Footage shared to the sheriff’s office Facebook page shows a deputy catching the donkey and walking it to the side of the highway with the help of a nearby motorist.

The donkey was later reunited with its owner.
