Fox News Vows to Rebuild After 'All-American Christmas Tree' Destroyed by Fire

Police said one person was arrested early on December 8 after a Christmas tree was set on fire in front of the Fox News building on Sixth Avenue in New York City.

Footage taken by Instagram user @mrslimacano shows police at the scene while the tree burns. The NYPD said investigators couldn’t confirm whether an incendiary device was used to start the fire.
