Multiple Manhole Explosions Reported in Manhattan, One Person Injured

Multiple manhole explosions were reported in Manhattan early on February 28, with at least one person hospitalized for injuries, local media reported.

Jessica Solomon said she captured this video on E 56th Street at around 7:37 am on Sunday. Social media users reported hearing explosions as early as 4:30 am.
