Swans Take Flight on Migration After Resting in Dumont, Minnesota

Minnesota resident Carol Bauer captured footage of swans resting in a farmer’s field in Dumont for four days before the birds continued their winter migration on November 10.

Bauer told Storyful she came across the swans while out in the farm fields filming and taking pictures of the sunrise. This was her first time seeing the swan migration, and she estimated there were hundreds of birds in the area. Credit: Carol Bauer via Storyful
