    are very pleased to have completed our Rights Offering. We saw overwhelming support from our shareholders, directors, and officers resulting in our being oversubscribed," commented Jamie Lerner, Chairman and CEO of Quantum. "The proceeds enable us to strengthen our balance sheet, reducing our debt by $20 million and adding over $45 million to our cash position. Additionally, with the cooperation of our supporting banks, we have reset all debt covenants to more favorable levels while increasing our revolving line of credit by $10 million to $40 million. These steps establish a stronger financial footing for the Company during these ongoing supply constrained times, allowing us to maintain our focus on growing revenue and fulfilling the increasing demand for our storage solutions."

    Lerner has a lot of credibility to rebuild. I hope he starts tomorrow by saying the company has been able to source enough chips and are working on filling all backorders. Management consistently fumbles the ball at the goal line despite great technology.

    new 52 week low coming today, well under way to be under $1.00 by month end. $1.39 still too rich for exec. staff to buy, look for another disappointing earnings in August.

    I'll save you the pain of waiting,,,, blah blah blah, we missed all of our targets this qtr due to supply chain and inflation. We excelled at padding our pockets with stock options, they haven't showed any positive news since the disappointing earnings last qtr where they were so proud that they hit the high end of rev. news flash, you can double rev but if you can't make a profit, it's all for not. A million plus dollars a day and can't figure out how to turn it to profit. If they post a strong qtr I'll gladly eat my words, but I don't think thats going to happen.

    no crow to eat here today, another disappointing qtr brought to you by the heavily compensated underperforming management. Lies, lies, lies, greed,greed, greed. Come tomorrow you will wish you had sold at 1.94. Will drop considerable tomorrow, folks aren't buying this song and dance anymore, they've been screwed too many times.

    you all think I'm FOS, but what I'm saying is coming true, what exec staff has been saying is what's FOS. Will be under 1.00 by 7/31 then into reverse split territory. If Lerner is so good why would he not be loading up at this price? Because he is losing control and needs to get out of the way and let a real leader take over.

    Basically, the same thing I've been saying, all they talk about is revenue, they could double revenue but if they keep losing money what good is that? They are cutting cost to save 1 mill per qtr, what good is that when they are burning through 20 mil per qtr. good news is it can only go down 25% more! If someone who can turn a company around doesn't take over soon, bankruptcy!!!

    I wouldn't worry about this stock in this sell off. A lot of good companies are being overlooked right now. With the big partnerships and clients this company has, such as Amazon and IBM, shows a lot of confidence in quantum's tech and it's management. earnings look strong too, and I have a feeling, now that the company is moving into recurring revenue through services, that sales are going to catch fire and the company is about to blow up big time becoming the best in the business for data management and cold storage etc. ,

    same old results the company has been giving for the past 10 years, new mgmt same old song and dance. If they want this stock to go anywhere they have to have solid earning, increased revenue q after q, profit real money they can use to pay down debt, increased cost cutting measures, increased future revenue estimates, there is never anything solid you can take away from their earning reports to make you want to buy, in fact after hours is already down .50 will easily be back under 4 tomorrow. They need to get this ship together before its delisted again and we have another reverse split. Stop handing out large options to the big boys until they deliver!

    Have been with this stock over 25 years, there will be bankruptcy or reverse split by year end, nothing else! Stop drinking the kool aid, this is a dead dog! They operate by issuing stock to survive, then taking it back with a reverse split, then repeat, all along padding their pockets with stock options. Look at the history for yourselves. Was 250 mill shares, reversed to 30 mill already back to 90 mill, preparing for a reverse.
