Why did it drop from over 81 to 77 today? When will the selling be over on this thing? I think it has suffered enough. Maybe in 6-9 months it will look better. I am down so far I will be holding for some time now.

The new bond issues will add $100 million plus annually to the corporate interest charges. That is another earnings reduction that the street failed to build into their models.

If the balance sheet was so strong, why did the company feel compelled to borrow an extra $1 billion at 5% rates, over and above the amount required for redemptions?

Cramer has sold all his PYPL. This is great news we can finally find a bottom sometime soon. Everything that guy recommends collapses. Last week on Friday he recommended BROS before earnings. Well it collapsed by 50% in 2 trading sessions the day before and after earnings.

How is it that SQ with PE of 256 is doing better than PYPL with PE of 26.
All of a sudden PE is important, but I guess not in this case.

....It will go down continually. Declining growth. No catalyst for it to change. Market cap way too large for buyout.

for those of you buying or who bought on fundamentals...just remember the market makers care less about valuations, earnings, etc. It's all about money flow nowadays... which changes every day.
