Unit Corporation Announces Update to Its Dividend Policy
TULSA, Okla, March 07, 2024--Unit Corporation (OTCQX: UNTC) (Company) announced today that its Board of Directors (the Board) approved a quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share for the first quarter of 2024. The first quarter cash dividend will be paid on March 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2024. The dividend will be funded by cash on the Company’s balance sheet.
